Plays at concerts, festivals and many other types of venues internationally, Duncan plays everything from melodic ballads to blues/rock. He is a singer songwriter and guitarist specialising in finger picking acoustic guitar and various latin rhythm's.

His guitar techniques range from the very dynamic and percussive to a highly intricate and delicate fingerstyle.

His repertoire includes original songs and instrumentals, as well as versions

of famous classics.

Duncan's early love for the guitar was enhanced by his studies with guitar maestro

Robert Fripp of King Crimson.

For many years he worked on the road and in studios with his great friend, guitar

legend Big Jim Sullivan. This included international concerts, festivals and radio -

including a CMTV show broadcast live to six million listeners.

Duncan has experience as a session musician, working at top studios, including

Abbey Road, EMI and Decca. As a solo performer, he plays major festivals, concerts

and theatres internationally, sharing the stage with some of the greatest names in the business. He also has a band of name musicians called "MCKENZIE". The full details are on the MCKENZIE Band page.

Duncan wrote and performed "To All Of You Out There" for a TV documentary about

disc jockey Stuart Henry; this was also played every night at closedown on Radio Luxembourg for many years to millions of listeners.

In 2019 Duncan played Nashville, where at the Belcourt Taps and other venues the audience enjoyed his singing, songwriting and guitar playing. He also recorded a show for CMR radio, Nashville, to 750,000 listeners.

Recently, Duncan played for the Heritage Foundation UK. Concerts included a
